[New York, Oct.14-16, 2008] – The seventh Edition of OutsourceWorld took place on October 15th & 16th, 2008 at the largest convention center in New York City, the Jacob Javits Convention Center. USE successfully participated in the 2-day conference represented by CEO & President Mr. Kai Shao and Vice President Ms Yvette Pang.

OutsourceWorld-New York is the premier pure play business trade platform focused on executives who have a need to outsource business services. This event has become an important meeting place where global buyers and sellers converge to network, learn and close business. This year the conference program addressed BPO, IT solutions, KPO, security (data, physical & geopolitical) and operational issues that face small and medium sized enterprises. The theme of this year's conference is "Compete and Thrive in Uncertain Economic Times."

On Wednesday, October 14, the day before the conference, Mr. Kai Shao attended a round table panel sponsored by CIO Magazine. The panel focused on the influence of the recent climate of economic uncertainty on IT spending. Chaired by Lou Bertin, the chief editor of CIO magazine, chief executives from China and the U.S. discussed issues that are most concerned in outsourcing and shared their views on changing IT spending plans, and sourcing strategies. Both sides agree that the panel is productive and deepened their understanding of each other.

The stall of USE is numbered 828, which had been designed to give visitors a quick understanding of the services that USE provides. During the 2-day fair, USE exhibited its world-class information technology services and is able to learn about new opportunities of co-operating while exchange ideas with colleagues through networking opportunities with business executives from over 25 different countries.
