A survey of 50 United States-based chief information officers, showed that the spending on information technology projects of outsourcing to low-cost places should enhance. It also delivered that offshore IT services cost not too much but got chunk of budgets.

Business leaders believe that shipping work abroad will finally be good for their economy and their workers. Critics claim offshore outsourcing offers well-paying jobs and the technology will be the most important field of the nation.
