Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner, a patent prosecution boutque, decides to bring the work back to US soil after helping pinoeer the trend of outxourcing legal work to India about ten years. Meanwhile, the minneapolis-based firm recently announced the move of its docketing support and paralegal support services. Schwegman Lundberg announced the shift last week, however, Steve Lundberg, managing partner of Schwegman Lundberg, said the Black Hills company had launched in early June.
Jordan Eurlong, the edge International consultant, showed that such shift was still outsourcing. He added that systematization, automation and process management are the key to successful legal process outsourcing.
