Chinese New Year (or Spring Festival or Lunar New Year) is the most important traditional festival in China and there is a long Chinese New Year holiday with over 7 days. Chinese people will go back to their hometown and have reunion dinners with their families on Chinese New Year’s Eve and the first day of the New Year. Nowadays, as China economy is developed rapidly, more and more people, especially young people, will choose aboard or domestic travel during the long holiday.
In 2010, the year of the Tiger will begin on 14th February. This fantastic Chinese New Year holiday will also impact software outsourcing industry. The global clients who are doing their software outsourcing business in China or with Chinese companies probably have to pause software outsourcing projects or change their business plan. Most of software outsourcing projects will be paused during this long Chinese New Year holiday. However, RayooTech will arrange work appropriately before and during Chinese New Year holiday:
I, RayooTech will notify clients that whether their software projects will be paused during holiday and show clients the exact holiday timetable. RayooTech will plan a schedule with clients together in order to keep the software project progress.
II, RayooTech project teams will do more work to make project progress ahead of schedule before Chinese New Year holiday. RayooTech will compensate the loss during holiday period.
III, RayooTech project managers and key persons are reachable during holiday. Clients should feel free to contact them.
IV, Some important business or services will continue open as usual during holiday, such as 24 x 7 maintenance service.

China is already beginning to plan software outsourcing strategies to become the software outsourcing center in the whole world. With the economic recovery gradually, we can predict the whole picture of China software outsourcing after Chinese New Year 2010, China will continue to focus on providing software outsourcing services to wide range of global clients, especially in North America, West Europe and Asia Pacific region. According to statistics released on a national conference on commerce, in the first 11 months of 2009, there were 690,000 new employees working in China software outsourcing industry and 460,000 of them were graduates. At the end of September 2009, 1.42 million people were working in 8,060 software outsourcing companies in China.
The future of China software outsourcing industry is going to be bright and incredible.
