Software Outsourcing: Insurance Application Development Follow-up Demand

This is a follow-up demand project for an insurance company in America. Three month ago this company requested RayooTech engineers to design a management application specifically for operation of their company. This was a transparent project where the team worked closely with our client. The insurance company was extremely pleased with the final application. However, the software is for private network only.

One month later, the insurance company asked RayooTech to build a communication plug-in, report dispatcher, and a web site well representing the insurance company. The web development was outsourced to a close partner of RayooTech. Our team developed the communication tools and the report dispatcher using Java/J2EE, JSP, Strut, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle. The communication tool includes quick send email option, and dynamic chat function. The report dispatcher uses existing database system to create printable customer friendly documents. Once again, our client was impressed by RayooTech.

Software Outsourcing: Insurance Application Development

Three month ago, a growing insurance company from America outsourced the development of an internal management system to RayooTech. The company requested the engineers specifically to design the management system based on their company operations. The system needs to provide professional, yet easy to understand functionalities for the end-users. The company wanted their administrative staff to be able to modify setting or change policies without any technical training. The staff should be able to search, view, and update insurance related policies and customer information.

After repeated negotiations, and discussion, RayooTech team and the insurance company reach an agreement in building a new database management system for the application. Through the new database system, permission level can be set. Staffs are able to use a well designed graphic interface to modify and add insurance related information. The system was developed in Java/J2EE, JSP, Strut, Spring, and Oracle database.
