The client is IT Consultant Company which headquarters is located in Canada who provides various IT solutions for business needs across the world. They were looking for a reliable and stable software development company to establish long-term business collaboration relationship to help them to develop software or applications based on their IT solutions.

Requirements

With the expansion of the scale of the company, there are almost 1,000 staff working in the company across the world, resignation and new recruitment happens every week. So our client needs to update their existed recruitment system to improve the Human Resource management. There are three types of stages were applied to the HR management system: Applied, Shortlisted, and Succeeded. Furthermore, the client wanted additional functionalities to be added into the existed system.

Key Points

Published Positions – their system should provide available position information, so the relative staff can get new recruitment information very quickly.

Position Posts – any departments who need to recruit new employees can publish thread to the system.

Applicant List – list all the applicant information to the system.

Job Interview Schedule – all job interview schedules should be shared. The relative department can view their job interview schedule.
