The client is a privately held software company founded in 1999 focused on developing mobile device content management solutions which could win increased both revenue and customer satisfaction for the world's leading wireless carriers. Its solutions enable wireless carriers to provide content transfer, backup, restore, and download services for more than 1,000 handset models at retail stores, service centers, and warehouses. 

Project Overview
Retail Management Solution (RMS) is a system designed for wireless carriers that want to deploy a simple to install, easy to use solution in their stores for transferring content from subscribers' old phones to new phones to maximize customer acquisition and retention. The project for RayooTech is a primary subsystem, which established on Company’s business operating system. As a primary subsystem of our client, the billing system is in charge of the entire bill processing and account's management. This system provides powerful external interfaces making e-commerce straightforward, base on high efficiency technology solution, billing system make the company, retail trades and customers getting close consequently.

The RayooTech team provides high efficiency and professional service not only for our client, but also for our client’s customers. Billing system marking various groups base on user’s category, and setting different strategy on each group, in order to functioning on each member. By flexible group strategy, customers who logon the system can choose different account type (like: using pre-paid card, subscribe account or per-demand). The kind of flexible strategy also functioning on payment’s management, the system allow customers select pay method (mainly is charge account, or charged by credit card) freely. Improve user experience accordingly.

Discount strategy is also a feature of billing system. The system provides handy discount rate strategy’s configuration. When one discount strategy finalized by the superior committee, and configured, this strategy will act on the whole system instantly. Powerful e-commerce module and billing system make online transaction easier. By connecting of internet bank, billing system provides high efficiency and safety when customer trades online. Humanization of interface let not only the system operator but also customers refer on account information, transaction records and payment reports timely.The billing system provides responsible specific interface for data’s formation, base on user’s claim, the system can exchange data among the web page, excel, and xml files.
