Kai Shao - President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr Kai Shao

Kai Shao is the executive director of UFIDA Co., Ltd. and President/CEO of Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. (UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd. has changed its name to RayooTech Co., Ltd. from 1st April 2009) with a vast background of practical and leadership experience in software development, team building, strategic planning, and corporate management. Prior to founding UFIDA Software Engineering Co. Ltd., he joined UFIDA in 1991 as a software engineer. From 1996 to 2003, he carried out successful growth strategies in a wide range of executive and management roles: Information Inspector, Quality Inspector, Services Inspector, General Manager of Product R & D Center, Vice President, Senior Vice President and Executive Director. In 2003, Mr. Shao founded UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd. and has dedicated his work to the building of a global software development and IT services provider. Kai Shao received his MS degree of computer application from Harbin Institute of Technology and a BS degree in software science from Xidian University, Xi’an.

Joe Pan- Vice President and General Manager of Euro-US Business Unit

Mr Joe Pan

Mr. Joe Pan is the Vice President of Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. serving as the general manager of RayooTech Euro - US business unit. He is a result-oriented, decisive leader with great success in identifying new markets and in strategic market positioning for new technologies, services and products. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills empower him to successfully control the operational costs and risks and act as a key coordinator among departments. Prior to joining RayooTech, Mr. Pan served as a project leader & advisor to UFIDA Co., Ltd. (formerly known as UFSoft Co.) in China. He graduated from Eastchina Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science Master Degree from Northern Jiaotong University. Mr. Pan also holds a Ph.D. degree in System and Control Engineering from New York University in USA.

Yonglong Li- Vice President and General Manager of China Business Unit

Mr Yonglong Li

Mr. Yonglong Li joined Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. as Vice President of China Business Unit. With more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry in a number of roles managing both sales and delivery teams, he is responsible for Sales and leads sales team, forecasts, drives and delivers revenue toward established targets, and manages sales process to driver result. Mr. Li brings rich management experience to the company. Prior to join RayooTech, in Harbin Synjones Electronic Co., Ltd, he served as an Executive director of Digital Campus Division where he took charge division headquarter, R&D center and regional branches management. Mr. Li had served as Director and other management positions at “China Education Info”He was also a member of China RFID Standard working group. He received Bachelor and Master Degree in Science from Harbin Institute of Technology in china and earned MBA degree from The University of Waikato in New Zealand.

Yan Gao - Vice President and General Manager of Japan Business Unit

Mr Yan Gao

Mr. Yan Gao is Vice President of Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd and Director of Shanghai UFIDA FUTURE Consulting Co., Ltd. After a 4-year stay with Canica Systems Inc. in Canada, Mr. Gao joined Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. in 2003 to manage Japanese operations. With more than 20 years' experience in IT industry at both a technical and an executive level, Mr. Gao currently heads the company's R&D services in Japan. He has an opulent IT & business process consulting expertise and experience across the variety of industries with information system in particular. Mr. Gao graduated from Xidian University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
