Kai Shao joined in UFIDA Software in 1991 as a software engineer, prior to the founding of UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd. between 1996 and 2003, he played an important role in promoting the progress of the company as Information Inspector, Quality Inspector, Service Inspector, and General Manager of R&D Center, Vice President, and Executive Director. In 2003, Kai Shao founded UFIDA Software Engineering Co., Ltd. (that has been changed to Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. on 1st April, 2009) and has dedicated to building a global software development and IT services provider.

His outstanding ability in technology, team management and coordination empower him to successfully manage the operational costs and risks and act as a key coordinator in the departments.

Vice President and General Manager of Greater China Business Department
Yonglong Li joined in Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. as Vice President of China Business Department, with more than 18 years of experience in IT industry. He is responsible for sales and has brought rich management experience to the company.

Yan Gao
Vice President and General Manager of Japan Business Department
With more than 20 years’ experience in IT industry at a technical and executive level, Yan Gao currently heads the company’s R&D services in Japan. He has rich IT & business process consulting expertise and experience across a variety of industries especially in information.
