Water tank wire drawing machine belongs to small continuous production equipment. It consists of many drawing heads. After drawing step by step, the drawing head is placed in the water tank. Finally, the required steel wire is drawn according to the required specifications. The water tank wire drawing machine is divided into heavy water tank and overturning water tank. Suitable for drawing various kinds of metal wires with medium and fine specifications, especially for drawing high and low carbon steel wire, galvanized iron wire, bead wire, rubber pipe steel wire, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium alloy wire, steel cord and copper wire, aluminum wire, etc.
The core link of water tank wire drawing machine is winding link, which also directly affects the quality of steel wire. There are usually several ways to control the roll-up:
First, the tension roll is used to adjust the tension, and the tension during winding is guaranteed by the weight of the tension roll itself.
2. With torque control, the winding tension is determined by the given size of the torque, but the winding tension will be unbalanced due to the change of the winding diameter.
3. For the water tank wire drawing machine with higher technological requirements, the first control mode is usually adopted, and the tension roll adjustment is controlled by the PID correction function of the frequency converter ACS510.
Most domestic manufacturers of water tank wire drawing machines generally have about 20 drawing heads. After the first stage drawing, the wire diameter changes, so the working speed of each drawing head is different. In the whole drawing process, only one motor is needed to drive by mechanical transmission or gear box.
